While attending a seminar about “How to Start Your Own Animal Sanctuary,” married couple, full-time, traveling opera singers, and soon-to-be co-founders of OASIS, Carol Sparrow and Randolph Locke decided they could not possibly run their own animal shelter.  They did, however, come up with an idea to benefit more animals by giving what they have so much of:  their musical talents.

Knowing so many other opera singers, pianists,  and many other instrumentalists, they felt they could  invite their “like-minded, big-hearted” friends and colleagues to donate their operatic voices or other talents as well and raise funds for animal welfare.  So they launched their unique dream!
