Husband and wife Carol Sparrow and Randolph Locke both have a passion for their professions as world renowned opera singers. Yet they both wanted to do more for the passion of their lives: the protection and care of animals. Unfortunately, their performance schedules and frequent travel limited their capability to do so. So they combined their two passions by establishing Opera for Animals: Singing Is Saving, or OASIS.
OASIS is a nonprofit organization that produces, organizes, and/or presents concerts or other special events to raise funds to benefit animal welfare groups that aid in rescue, protection, and the prevention of cruelty to animals. We bring together opera singers and other performers from around the world and in your locale to perform for your animal organization. Opera for Animals: Singing Is Saving, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) organization and meets all the qualifications as a charitable nonprofit corporation. |
